Administering the virtual computing environment (such as VMware vSphere)
Administering monitoring solutions for virtual environments
managing backups and restores
supporting and monitoring of hardware servers
fibre optic fabrics and data storage
Troubleshooting of virtual environments
optimizing and capacity planning
Recommending and implementing best practices and security standards
Updating the technical documentation and operating procedures
Implementing changes according to ICT change management procedures
Providing 2nd line support to other IT teams and coordinating with 3rd line of support
Participation in coordination and project meetings
