What You'll Do.
Generating monthly sales through outbound cold calling or lead generation
Focus on new acquisition in small and medium business segment to include advanced product sales
Prepare sales documentation for advanced work with Sales Engineering and Customer Project Management teams to complete customer solution design and implementation
Assist sales customers digitally
to complete transactions using the web portal interface
Maintain and manage multiple chat sessions simultaneously to assist sales customers with order entry and sales questions
Provide testing and feedback to assist with deployment and adoption of new products
and other changes into the sales channel
Generate sales through outbound cold calling and lead follow-up over the telephone using a variety of techniques
Sell Comcast Internet
and TV services to small and mid-sized business to new and existing customers
Manage the customer through lead generation
effective communication and listening skills
Consult with business customers on their business application
solicit referrals for potential new prospects
consistent and punctual attendance
Must be able to work nights and weekends
