Master's degree in an accredited Physician Assistant program (MSPAS), NCCPA certification, Licensed in NY, 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages, 2 years in an urgent care or emergency medicine setting seeing patients of all ages, Ability to work afternoons and evenings
