What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Master's degree in an accredited Physician Assistant program (MSPAS), NCCPA certification, Currently licensed in CA, 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages, 2 years in an urgent care or emergency medicine setting seeing patients of all ages, Ability to work afternoons and evenings, Excellent clinical and communication skills, Ability to follow established clinical protocols and workflows
Nice to Have
Possibility to obtain additional states licenses

Treating patients via tele-health visits
Telephonic triage calls
Video visit appointments
Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds
Collaboration with virtual and in-office teammates

Ongoing collaboration with both virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles
