Must Have
Completed accredited FNP program, National certification, Currently licensed in NY, 2 years outpatient primary care experience, 2 years urgent care experience, 2 years emergency medicine experience, Ability to work afternoons and evenings
Nice to Have
Possibility to obtain additional states license

Treat patients via tele-health visits
Conduct telephonic triage calls
Perform video visit appointments
Handle email follow-ups
Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds
