About Us The Virtual Preparatory Academy of Indiana @ Madison-Grant is a K–12 tuition-free online public school in the state of Indiana. We believe in empowering students by providing a flexible, innovative education at home, where state-certified teachers work closely with families to ensure each child reaches their full potential at their own pace. The Principal serves as the instructional and administrative leader of the ACCEL online school – responsible for the development, implementation and achievement of the school’s academic vision, student advancement and daily operations. The Principal will ensure successful academic outcomes for all students while employing long-term instructional sustainability measures involving professional development, teacher quality assessment, curriculum and pedagogical advancement. Please note – while this is an online school position and all instruction occurs virtually, travel and face to face attendance will be required several times per year to support in person state testing and student events.
