What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in education, Data Analytics, Statistics, Educational Leadership, or a related field, 1–3 years of experience in education, data analysis, or a related field, Demonstrated experience working with student achievement data and assessment systems, Knowledge of data analysis tools (e. g. , Excel, Google Sheets, data dashboards, or BI tools), Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for educators, Excellent communication and facilitation skills, organizational and problem-solving abilities, Knowledge of educational assessments, accountability systems, and instructional practices, Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
Nice to Have
Master's degree in a related field, A valid teaching or administrative license, Experience providing coaching, training, or professional development to adults
What You'll Do.
Provide coaching and support
Facilitate use of student data
Develop professional development sessions
Collaborate with school leadership
Assist in data collection
Support monitoring of school improvement plans
Create and maintain dashboards
Model best practices in data use
Ensure data accuracy and integrity
