Full Job Description

As our Company Administrator , you are the glue that holds everything together. From coordinating schedules to maintaining clear lines of communication, your role is all about supporting people and processes. You’ll be the first point of contact for client communications, the organiser of information, and the backbone of our daily operations. Key Responsibilities: * Record, format, and distribute meeting minutes promptly and accurately. * Manage phone calls, emails, and client communications with professionalism and confidentiality. * Maintain and update records across platforms, ensuring data integrity and easy retrieval. * Support cross-functional projects , coordinating with team members to meet deadlines. * Provide administrative assistance across departments, handling scheduling, document preparation, and information management. * Uphold confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism in all interactions and tasks. * Quickly learn and adapt to new tools and systems to streamline processes. Who You Are: * A people person who communicates clearly, confidently, and with genuine care. * Proactive and resourceful , always two steps ahead of what needs to be done. * Passionate about supporting others and making a real impact behind the scenes. * Organised and detail-oriented , with a knack for keeping things running smoothly. * Comfortable working independently in a remote setting while staying connected with the team. * Quick to learn new technologies and adapt to changing needs.
