Full Job Description
We Clone You is a leading virtual assistant company that specializes in providing virtual assistance to empower businesses of all sizes with world-class virtual assistance. We are currently looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant with expertise in **performance marketing** to join our client's team and take their operations to the next level. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including: * Manage and optimize advertising campaigns across **Amazon PPC (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, DSP), Walmart Connect, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok Shop & TikTok Ads, Google Ads (Search, Shopping, YouTube, Performance Max), Reddit Ads, Instacart Ads, and other retail media channels**; * Help drive growth and visibility across **Faire and other marketplace platforms** ; * Improve **TACOS, ROAS, contribution margin, and overall profitability** through keyword research, bid optimization, audience targeting, campaign restructuring, and continuous testing of creatives, audiences, landing pages, and promotional strategies; * Identify scaling opportunities while maintaining efficiency targets, monitor inventory levels, and adjust advertising spend accordingly; * Analyze customer acquisition costs (CAC), repeat purchase behavior, lifetime value (LTV), competitive activity, and marketplace trends to identify growth opportunities; * Build and maintain weekly performance dashboards, report on channel performance, and provide actionable recommendations based on data insights; * Collaborate closely with leadership, operations, and creative teams to coordinate product launches, improve product listings and conversion rates, and support marketplace expansion initiatives. **Requirements** * 3+ years managing performance marketing for eCommerce or CPG brands; * Deep experience with Amazon PPC; * Experience with Walmart Connect; * Experience managing Meta Ads; * Experience managing Google Ads and YouTube campaigns; * Experience scali
