A significant part of the business involves managing compliance requirements and government rebate applications under the Victorian Energy Upgrades (VEU) program. The team oversees the entire customer journey, from initial solar proposals and system design through to installation coordination, compliance management, and post-installation documentation. **Role Overview:** This is a highly administrative and process-driven role that requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage repetitive tasks accurately and consistently. You will work closely with the business owner and play a key role in ensuring customer enquiries, documentation, scheduling, compliance requirements, and operational processes are managed efficiently.
