Eligibility Requirements

Requires 1 day per week in the Four Seasons Corporate Office located at 1165 Leslie Street, Toronto, Ontario

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

2+ years of experience in hospitality, executive support, or guest relations, Familiarity with expense management tools (e. g. , Concur) and administrative processes, organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment, Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), High attention to detail with problem-solving capabilities

Nice to Have

Experience supporting senior leaders or high-profile clients is an asset, CRM experience preferred

What You'll Do.

Assist in managing travel arrangements

Support daily operations

Maintain discretion and confidentiality

Maintain accurate guest profiles

Manage VIP guest preferences

Support onboarding of new properties

Maintain updated global contact databases

Communicate service standards

Manage internal helpdesk requests

Monitor adherence to SLAs

Support expense processing

Provide administrative support

Assist in supporting departmental initiatives

Provide operational coverage

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Coordinating with global properties and internal teams; Partner with the Worldwide Reservations Office and hotel teams; Liaison between corporate teams and properties; Trusted team player with a collaborative mindset

Communication Scope

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
