About the role: The VIP Manager plays a pivotal role in cultivating enduring relationships with our esteemed high-value clients. Our objective is to ensure the utmost satisfaction among VIPs, proactively tackle their concerns, and guide them into maximizing the benefits of our platform for their enjoyment. The VIP host is a one stop shop for all problems the portfolio customers are facing. This role requires a strong capacity for empathy, exceptional communication abilities, and an intricate grasp of VIP preferences, desires & anticipations. What you will do: Daily monitoring and analysis of the VIP database to optimize players’ experience throughout their engagement lifecycle. Proactive reactivation of players through various channels like emails, calls, SMS, and chat. Identification and capitalization on opportunities to upsell potential VIP players by tracking their behavior and tailoring targeted offers. Collaboration with other departments for enhanced player management efficiency. Development and supervision of marketing and player management strategies specifically tailored for VIPs.
