Proactive reactivation of players through various channels like emails
Identification and capitalization on opportunities to upsell potential VIP players by tracking their behavior and tailoring targeted offers
Development and supervision of marketing and player management strategies specifically tailored for VIPs
Early detection of potential VIPs
Act as the primary point of contact for VIP users
addressing their needs efficiently
Serve as a liaison between VIPs and our internal departments
