What’s the role? We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Village Manager to oversee the daily operations of a large remote village environment. This role is responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant delivery of accommodation, catering, housekeeping, grounds, and support services while leading a diverse team and maintaining strong client relationships. As the leader of the village, you will drive operational excellence, foster a positive workplace culture, and ensure all services are delivered to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities * Lead the day-to-day operations of the village, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery. * Manage accommodation, catering, housekeeping, grounds, and village services teams. * Build and maintain strong client, stakeholder, and employee relationships. * Drive operational performance, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives. * Lead workforce planning, rostering, recruitment, training, and performance management. * Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and company standards. * Monitor budgets, costs, reporting, and financial performance. * Conduct site inspections, audits, incident investigations, and safety meetings. * Promote employee engagement, wellbeing, diversity, and inclusion initiatives. * Deliver exceptional customer experiences while meeting contractual and KPI requirements. About You * Proven experience managing large-scale village, accommodation, hospitality, catering, or remote site operations. * Strong leader
