Check arriving and departing guests
Liaise with relevant Teams for confirmation
Complete pre-arrival check list
Complete villa host allocation
Greet arriving guests
Complete check-in procedures
Complete registration cards
Update computer system
Arrange special requests for guests
Record special requests for guests
Deliver special requests for guests
Charge special requests for guests
Meet guests during breakfast
Ensure guests are well served
Call guests to check if they do not
Brief VIP guests’ needs to CVH
Brief VIP guests’ needs to AFOM
Brief VIP guests’ needs to RM
Communicate guest movements to all Resort outlets
Understand guests needs
Interact with poise and composure
Ensure all requests are met
Follow up on all requests
Seek help from CVH/ AFOM
Explain assistance will be provided
Handle guest complaints
Handle guest enquiries
