Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Produce and edit high-quality video content for campaigns, brand storytelling, and social media platforms Develop motion graphics and visual effects that enhance narrative and engagement Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and strategists to ensure cohesive creative output Manage multiple video projects simultaneously while maintaining deadlines and quality standards Present creative work internally and to stakeholders, clearly explaining creative decisions and incorporating feedback Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to campaign development Maintain organized project files, footage libraries, and exports for efficient workflow management Stay current with evolving video trends, editing techniques, and emerging tools including AI-based workflows Requirements: Strong portfolio or demo reel demonstrating video editing and motion design expertise Bachelor’s degree in Video Production, Motion Graphics, Film, or related field, or equivalent experience Approximately 5+ years of experience in videography, video editing, or motion design (strong portfolios considered regardless of years) Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro and After Effects Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, cinematography, and sound design Ability to adapt content style for different platforms (social, web, digital ads, etc.) Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills Creative mindset with strong conceptual thinking and originality Collaborative attitude with ability to work independently and take initiative Curiosity for emerging technologies and willingness to experiment with new video tools Benefits: Fully remote flexibility with optional in-person or hybrid arrangements for local employees Competitive compensation aligned with experience Opportunity to work on diverse creative campaigns across industries and formats Collaborative, cross-functional creative environment
