You’ll bring together creativity, process, and technology to ensure every production is on‑brand, efficient, and impactful. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES - Oversee end‑to‑end video production (from creative brief to final delivery) across YouTube, social media, TV, and digital channels. - Ensure consistency in brand tone, messaging, and visual identity. - Apply SEO and platform‑specific best practices to maximize reach and engagement. - Collaborate closely with scriptwriters, designers, videographers, motion designers, and out-source partners. - Leverage AI‑driven tools to streamline workflows, enhance quality, and boost production efficiency. - Communicate project goals, timelines, and expectations clearly to all stakeholders. - Coordinate priorities and resources with other project managers. - Review deliverables and maintain top creative and technical standards. - Identify risks early and keep projects on track. CORE REQUIREMENTS - 2+ years’ experience managing creative projects in advertising, marketing, digital, or video production. - Strong understanding of production workflows and creative processes. - Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills. - Confidence in decision‑making and ability to manage multiple projects at once. - Experience guiding and supporting team members. - Fluent in English (written and spoken).
