Must Have
5-7 years of experience in video production within an advertising agency, Bachelor’s degree in a related field and/or equivalent work experience, Proficiency in Google Workspace, organizational and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects under tight deadlines, Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high volume environment, Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, Applicants for employment in the US must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States.

Overseeing the business and operational aspects of Merge video team production
Managing the post production process from timeline development
internal review management and final asset deployment
Acting as the primary liaison between the video production team and other internal Merge teams
ensuring that all projects are delivered on schedule
Oversee the entire post production workflow
ensuring project milestones are met
Ensure that the creative vision and client expectations are met
Organize the people and resources required for each project
Oversee QC and asset management for the video production team
