ABOUT THE JOB We’re looking for a Video Editor (Social Media Content) who lives and breathes short-form storytelling. You’ll edit videos designed to capture attention, drive engagement, and spark conversations across platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook This role suits someone with a strong sense of timing, trends, and platform behavior — someone who can turn raw footage into scroll-stopping content that feels native, fresh, and on-brand. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Editing & Storytelling - Edit short-form videos optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and XHS. - Craft visually engaging edits with strong hooks, pacing, and storytelling flow. - Add subtitles, transitions, music, and visual effects to enhance impact and watch time. - Adapt content across different platforms while maintaining consistency in tone and message. Creative Collaboration - Work closely with Creative, Social Media, and Marketing teams to bring campaign concepts and weekly content calendars to life. - Contribute ideas on creative formats, editing styles, and content directions aligned with current trends. - Support videographers by refining and repurposing raw footage into final deliverables.
