As a Video Editor, you will play a key role in shaping the visual storytelling and brand presence for our clients across multiple platforms. You will work closely with the content team to deliver engaging, polished video assets that drive impact and consistency. Key responsibilities include: * Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns * Cut and assemble footage with transitions, effects, and animations as needed * Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent look and feel * Optimize videos for different platforms, formats, and aspect ratios * Manage editing, repurposing, distribution, and workflow optimization to build a scalable “film-and-forget” content system * Organize and manage video files and assets using Google Drive * Meet project deadlines and communicate progress with the content team **Requirements** * Experience editing both short-form and long-form video content with a portfolio showcasing a broad range of content types, including UGC ads, YouTube long-form, podcast clips, course content, e-commerce ads, and SaaS/marketing content * Strong proficiency with professional video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar * Advanced skills in motion design and visual effects * Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude * Business-fluent English for effective collaboration and communication * Based in the Philippines * Available to work during US time zone business hours **Benefits** * Paid US holidays * Paid wellness days * Health & wellness allowance * Monthly profit sharing * Sales, AI, and Operations upskilling * Dedicated Success Manager and long-term placement support
