Role: Video Editor Location: Chicago, United States About the role: As a mid-level Video Editor, you'll take ownership of edits from brief to delivery — working independently across a fast-moving, high-volume content slate. You'll collaborate closely with creative and account partners, adapting and cutting video assets across multiple formats and platforms with speed, precision, and a strong eye for what performs. This role suits someone who is comfortable working remotely and autonomously, managing multiple projects at once, and delivering consistently polished work to tight deadlines. What you will be doing: Edit and deliver video content across performance media, social media, and occasional longer-form brand formats Cut and adapt video assets for multiple platforms and formats — including paid social, display, and digital — optimising for each channel's specifications and audience behaviour Use Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects to produce polished, on-brand edits to a production-ready standard Collaborate with creative and account partners to interpret briefs and deliver edits that meet both creative and commercial objectives Manage revisions efficiently, incorporating feedback clearly and to deadline Maintain organised project files, asset libraries, and archiving systems Manage multiple projects simult
