Must Have
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in social or behavioral science, criminal justice, public administration or a closely related field, one year of experience in the area of assignment or other closely related field, Valid driver license
Nice to Have
Graduate of the Pima County Attorney's Office Victim Witness Basic Crisis Training, Experience working with victims of crime in the criminal justice system, Experience in crisis response/intervention, Experience with social service or mental health service provision, Bilingual (English/Spanish)
What You'll Do.
Establish communication with victims and witnesses
Provide crisis intervention services
Advise victims of statutory rights
Keep victims informed regarding cases
Provide referrals to community resources
Serve as liaison between victims and PCAO personnel
Respond to requests for crisis intervention
Assist clients in meeting immediate needs
Conduct crisis interventions with children
Educate parents/caregivers on crisis
Provide information on statutory rights
Facilitate communication with criminal justice representatives
Maintain contact with victims and witnesses
Accompany victims to court
Assist victims in applying for compensation
Document client services
Prepare and deliver training
Perform staff back-up duties
Coordinate and direct volunteers
Maintain security and confidentiality of information

Ajo Way, and at our downtown location, 32 N. Stone Avenue.
