What You'll Do.
Assist leader in managing team members
Achieve business goals and improve efficiency
Complete process and patrol inspections
Ensure team quality meets production targets
Check employee standardization compliance
Suggest improvements for standardization documents
Train employees using JI
Identify deviations in work areas
Solve problems in a structured manner
and challenge employees
Review previous shift information
Adjust work assignments based on attendance
Check production area for 5S
Organize pre-shift meetings
Prepare shift end 5S and handover information
Handle on-site issues
Ensure production tasks are completed
Quality control and process checks
Handle production abnormalities
Execute escalation process
Respond to team member requests
Perform temporary replacements
Assist with training activities
Support autonomous maintenance activities
Execute layered process audits
and efficiency issues
Maintain and improve 5S standards
Assist with providing on-site data
Support continuous improvement
and improve standardized work
Observe standardized work execution
Resolve deviations and identify improvements
Train team members in cycle operations
Maintain updated training matrix
Assist with team motivation and communication
Provide information and feedback
Organize learning of safety regulations
Responsible for team safety and environmental work
Organize safety and environmental education
Educate employees on safety procedures
Conduct safety education for new employees
Supervise correct use of protective equipment
Manage safety in team area
Manage safety during construction
Handle accident reporting and investigation
Identify environmental factors and hazards
