What They're Looking For.
Must Have
20+ years of technology leadership experience, including senior roles managing large, complex organizations, Proven experience leading large engineering organizations at scale, background in technology operations, software engineering SDLC, and execution rigor, Experience operating in global, matrixed environments with senior stakeholders, Deep understanding of India technology talent market and operating dynamics, Demonstrated ability to lead through change, transformation, and growth, executive presence, judgment, and communication skills, Proven track record of driving AI/GenAI adoption at scale with measurable business impact, working knowledge of LLMs, AI/ML platforms, and their application across SDLC, operations, and products, Experience implementing responsible AI frameworks (governance, security, data privacy, risk), Demonstrated ability to build and scale AI capabilities (teams, platforms, or CoEs) in enterprise environments, Authorization to work in the Employing Country

What You'll Do.
