What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10+ years of progressive experience in strategy, management consulting, corporate development, or senior operational leadership, Demonstrated experience supporting C-suite or senior executives in a fast-paced, complex environment, Proven track record driving cross-functional alignment and delivering measurable business outcomes, financial and analytical ability to develop business cases, dashboards, and market assessments, Exceptional communication and storytelling skills — able to distill complexity into clear, actionable insights, Experience with M&A processes, post-merger integration, or partnership development, High degree of discretion, executive maturity, and sound judgment
Nice to Have
MBA or advanced degree from a top-tier institution, Background in technology, SaaS, or high-growth digital businesses, Familiarity with OKR frameworks, KPI design, and business intelligence tools, Prior experience in a Chief of Staff, VP of Strategy, or equivalent integrative role
What You'll Do.
Serve as thought partner to the President of RPS
maintain real-time pulse on business
conduct competitive market analysis
develop and pressure-test business cases
Prepare the President for Board
own agenda development
lead planning for all-hands and leadership offsites
Lead RPS strategic initiatives from ideation through execution
drive annual and quarterly planning
identify gaps and develop remediation plans and RCAs
Drive collaboration across RPS leadership using RACI frameworks and clear operating principles
activate new programs where coordination is needed
champion strategic partnerships
Refine back-office processes for the President's office
develop and institutionalize operational processes
apply creative problem-solving to eliminate friction and drive speed
