Directly leads delivery execution and governance

Bridges 3Cloud’s technical delivery capabilities with Cognizant’s market-facing organization

Ensures engagements are staffed

and delivered to 3Cloud standards

Meets commercial and client expectations of the market

Executes the onshore/offshore delivery model transformation within the assigned market

Drives the shift from a 50/50 onshore/offshore mix to a target of 20/80

Transitions existing engagements

Ensures new engagements launch at the target model

Maintains delivery quality and client confidence throughout the transition

Intervenes rapidly when outcomes are at risk during transitions

Manages onshore workforce implications within the market

Serves as the senior 3Cloud delivery executive for key clients

Supports Market and MDU leaders in executive client interactions

and strategic relationship management

Supports market-based account planning and client growth initiatives

Proactively manages client risk during engagement transitions
