What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 10 years of IT project management experience, 3 years in leading large-scale, complex initiatives, Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2), Experience in delivering AI, GenAI, data analytics, or data platform programs, Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related discipline, Experience operating in regulated environments such as banking or financial services, Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder, regional initiatives
Nice to Have
Agile / Scrum certification is an advantage
What You'll Do.
Lead end-to-end delivery of AI
Define and manage project scope
Develop and maintain integrated project plans
and escalate project risks
Act as primary point of contact for stakeholders
Establish and maintain effective project governance
Ensure alignment with Regional PMO governance
Oversee delivery of AI
data platform initiatives
Ensure responsible AI principles are embedded
Translate complex technical concepts
Manage project financials
Lead vendor engagement and performance
Optimize utilization of internal and external resources
Provide executive-ready project status reports
Conduct post-implementation reviews
Contribute to continuous improvement of AI & Data delivery
Provide mentoring and guidance to junior project managers
