Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Lead, grow, and manage the North America sales organization, ensuring consistent performance against revenue targets. Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop high-performing sales professionals across the team. Coach and mentor sales leaders and individual contributors to improve execution, strategy, and deal performance. Own forecasting, pipeline management, and accurate reporting of key sales metrics and performance indicators. Represent the organization at customer meetings, conferences, and industry events as a senior sales leader. Ensure adoption of standardized sales processes, methodologies, and CRM usage across the organization. Drive continuous improvement in sales productivity, funnel development, and conversion performance. Requirements: 10+ years of experience in senior sales leadership roles, such as VP of Sales or equivalent. Proven success building and scaling high-performance enterprise software sales teams. Strong background in both startup environments and mid-to-large enterprise software organizations. Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving and exceeding revenue and growth targets. Deep understanding of enterprise sales methodologies, team selling, and pipeline management. Proficiency with Salesforce and modern sales tools for forecasting, CRM management, and pipeline tracking. Strong communication, leadership, and team-building skills with executive presence. Excellent organizational and time management abilities in high-growth environments.
