Full Job Description

## Accountabilities Lead and exceed advertising and sponsorship revenue objectives across a diverse portfolio of digital media products and platforms. Own the entire sales lifecycle, including prospecting, pipeline management, deal negotiation, forecasting, renewals, and client retention. Build and maintain executive-level relationships with advertisers, agencies, holding companies, and strategic partners. Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute revenue strategies across local, regional, and national markets. Coach, mentor, and develop a distributed sales team, fostering accountability, performance, and career growth. Establish rigorous forecasting, budgeting, and pipeline management processes to ensure predictable revenue performance. Refine sales methodologies, pricing strategies, packaging, proposals, and marketing collateral to improve win rates. Collaborate with client success, operations, and marketing teams to optimize offerings and enhance customer value. Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging technologies to identify new growth opportunities. Champion CRM best practices, sales enablement tools, and responsible adoption of AI technologies across sales operations. Travel regularly to key markets to strengthen relationships with clients, partners, and team members. Requirements: 10+ years of experience in digital media, advertising, or sponsorship sales with a demonstrated history of exceeding revenue targets. 5+ years of leadership experience managing high-performing sales teams across multiple locations or regions. Strong expertise in multi-market and network sales environments, including regional and national advertising programs. Experience selling audio, podcast, video, digital, or integrated advertising solutions. Proven ability to translate commercial strategy into scalable sales processes, playbooks, and operational frameworks.
