What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or related field, Minimum 10-15 years of progressive sales experience, At least 5 years in a leadership or senior sales role, Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding annual sales targets and revenue goals, Deep procurement knowledge, Direct experience selling procurement consulting, managed services (BPOPM), intelligence and analytics solutions, and digital enablers, Executive presence with demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level and VP-level executives, Excellent listening, communication, and presentation skills, Proficiency with CRM systems, Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate pipeline data and forecasting, Full authorization to work in based in or willing to relocate to a European location
Nice to Have
Demonstrated expertise in commercial and contractual negotiations, Background in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for service-based offerings, Experience in EMEA and/or APAC regions, Knowledge of regional market dynamics and procurement industry trends, Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline
