Skills: driving market engagement, expanding adoption of Progyny’s fully-insured fertility and family-building solutions, position Progyny Select to General Agents, Agents, PEOs, and consulting channels, build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers across the channel ecosystem. Develop and execute regional and national go-to-market strategies for Progyny Select.. Accurately forecast revenue, pipeline, and territory performance.”

Eligibility Requirements

Travel to attend onsite events and conferences as needed., candidates must be based in the United States., Progyny is unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position., Candidates must be authorized to work in United States without the need for sponsorship, now or in the future., Flex days (3 days a week in the office) and onsite meals and snacks for employees reporting into our NY office

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

7+ years of experience selling benefits into mid/large size groups in a fully insured or self-insured marketplace, written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey Progyny messaging both in person and via remote sales capacity, The ability to develop and build rapport at all levels within an organization

Nice to Have

Bachelor's degree in business, communication, marketing or related field preferred

What You'll Do.

Develop and execute regional and national go-to-market strategies for Progyny Select.

Accurately forecast revenue

and territory performance.

Lead capability presentations for external stakeholders.

Represent Progyny Select at industry conferences

and executive briefings.

Generate proposals and provide timely responses to external stakeholders.

Lead contract negotiations with large employers

regional health plans

and strategic partners.

Achieve aggressive growth targets and incremental revenue goals.

Travel to attend onsite events and conferences as needed.
