Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e. g. , construction management, engineering, architecture), 10+ years of experience in project management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects within the commercial real estate industry, Proven experience in leading and managing high-performing teams, with exceptional communication and leadership skills, Proficient in project management methodologies and tools, with a demonstrated ability to drive process improvements, financial acumen and experience in managing project budgets and financial reporting, Excellent client management skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships, Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions

Nice to Have

Master's degree in a relevant field (e. g. , MBA, project management), Professional certifications (e. g. , PMP, LEED, Six Sigma), Experience working in a global organization, collaborating with multicultural and cross-functional teams, Knowledge of industry-leading project management software and technologies, Proven experience in business development and successfully securing new project opportunities, Ability to travel as needed
