What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Insurance, or a related field (or equivalent experience), 12–15 years of progressive experience in product management, product strategy, insurance products, or related leadership roles, Deep insurance industry expertise, ideally within P&C, insurtech, or data-enabled insurance products, Proven success leading product vision, portfolio strategy, prioritization, and cross-functional execution at scale, understanding of modern technology platforms, AI-driven capabilities, and product development tradeoffs, Experience influencing executive stakeholders and connecting product strategy to enterprise business goals, Exceptional communication, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills in complex, matrixed environments, Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams while fostering healthy collaboration and accountability, Passion for building customer-centered, AI-native experiences that modernize the insurance industry
Nice to Have
Experience in insurtech, fintech, or another highly regulated, technology-enabled industry, Background leading organizational transformation, modernization, or product operating model evolution, Experience building or scaling direct-to-consumer digital products, Advanced degree or certifications in business, product, technology, strategy, or insurance, Experience launching AI-native products, capabilities, or transformation initiatives
