Must Have
University degree in supply chain management, engineering, business, or a related field, Extensive experience in senior procurement or sourcing leadership roles within an international environment, track record in global category management, ideally built within the paper/packaging industry, Proven experience leading and developing international teams and working effectively across cultures, Excellent strategic thinking, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, Demonstrated ability to influence at the executive level and build trusted partnerships with senior business leaders across a complex global organization
