This is a senior leadership position, overseeing strategic initiatives across multiple business verticals with direct visibility at the senior management level. We are seeking a senior technology leader and subject matter expert with a proven track record of driving transformational change through cross-functional collaboration to deliver enhanced customer value across Commercial and New Payment Flows (CNPF). This role is directly linked to critical business outcomes, including operational resilience, cyber security, automation, cloud deployment (private and public), and AI enablement, a significant and visible role responsible for driving measurable value. As a member of the ONE Solution Delivery and Operational Resiliency team, the successful candidate will be accountable for delivering strategic initiatives across three business verticals within the CNPF unit, encompassing Operational Resilience, Cyber, Automation, Cloud design and deployment, and AI enablement.
