Professionals in TPI are involved in live engagements from the outset, contributing to analysis, execution and client deliverables in coordination with colleagues across the firm. The Commercial Strategy team is responsible for optimizing the firm’s go-to-market strategy, commercial operations and business development infrastructure. The team partners closely with firm leadership and practice leaders to drive revenue growth, enhance client engagement, improve pipeline visibility and strengthen decision-making through technology, data and process optimization. By leveraging platforms such as Intapp DealCloud and related business systems, the Commercial Strategy team delivers scalable solutions that improve collaboration, increase operational efficiency and support the firm’s continued expansion.
