Must Have
12+ years of progressive HR or people operations experience, including senior leadership responsibility., Experience supporting multi-site or geographically dispersed teams., Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on operational execution.
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s degree advanced degree or HR certification preferred., Experience in hospitality, food service, entertainment, restaurants, venues, resorts, or related service industries preferred.
What You'll Do.
Lead people operations strategy

Partner with senior leadership and operators to improve workforce planning
and leadership capability.
Oversee employee relations processes
investigations standards
policy administration
and manager coaching.
Collaborate with labor relations
and Operations on workforce risk and compliance matters.
Implement scalable HR processes that support hourly
and non-union populations.
Use HR metrics and workforce data to identify trends and recommend solutions.
Build and develop a people operations team focused on service
and operational excellence.
