What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in engineering, 15+ years of progressively responsible operations leadership, senior leadership of large, distributed teams and multi-site (or multi-region) operations, executive presence, ability to influence across Engineering, Sales, Support, Finance, HR, proven ability to lead through ambiguity and drive cross-company outcomes, Commitment to MS culture and leadership expectations
Nice to Have
advanced degree (MBA or MS) or equivalent executive experience, experience preferrably in a semiconductor or chemical manufacturing environment, product/service operations best practices, inclusive leadership, customer obsession, ethical decision-making, operational rigor
