Full Job Description
## Responsibilities Oversee daily operations for wafer fabrication, assembly, testing, and packaging. Drive continuous improvements in yield, cycle time, equipment utilization, and manufacturing efficiency. Lead expansion, capacity planning, and technology transitions (e.g., new nodes, new packaging technologies). Manage end-to-end supply chain including procurement, vendor management, inventory, and logistics. Build strategic supplier relationships to ensure materials availability and cost-effectiveness. Mitigate supply risks and develop dual-sourcing strategies. Lead quality systems across manufacturing, supplier management, and customer qualification. Ensure compliance with ISO, IATF, and industry-specific standards. Drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions for yield issues or field failures. Partner with R&D, Product Engineering, Sales/Marketing, and Finance to support product launches and customer commitments. Translate technology roadmaps into operational requirements within budgetary requirements. Support new product introduction (NPI) to high-volume manufacturing (HVM). Develop long-term operational strategy aligned with company goals. Mentor and develop a high-performing operations team ## Qualifications Extensive experience (15+ years) spanning manufacturing, supply chain, and operations leadership at a global scale. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field. Proven record of operational transformation improving cost, quality, and delivery simultaneously. Proven experience managing high-volume manufacturing environments. Operational economics, supplier readiness, and data-driven manufacturing systems expertise, senior executive level communications. Executive presence, clarity in communication, and comfort operating at both strategy and execution levels.
