What You'll Do.

Manage and develop 7-10 AEs with focused attention on ramping newly promoted reps to full productivity

Continue to optimize and document the sales process from discovery through close

Build new hire onboarding and ongoing enablement

ABOUT THE ROLE We're hiring our first Vice President of Sales. The team has grown beyond what the CEO can directly manage, and we need a leader to step in, build structure, and scale what's working. You'll directly manage the account executives, a mix of seasoned closers and newly promoted reps. AEs focus on demoing and closing inbound and BDR-sourced opportunities; they don't self-source. Deals run a 30–90 day cycle with $100K–$200K ACVs, and the team operates on a monthly quota. This is a builder's seat. You'll inherit a working motion and be expected to professionalize it: tighter forecasting, MEDDICC discipline across every deal, repeatable seller onboarding, and the operating cadence that gets a fast-growing team to predictable monthly attainment.
