Must Have
5 years regional/multi-site operations experience in senior living, Proven ability to lead Executive Directors, Understanding of census development, Understanding of financial performance, Understanding of labor management, Understanding of budgeting, Understanding of compliance, Understanding of quality assurance, Ability to partner effectively with clinical, sales, finance, HR, and ownership, Excellent professional written communication skills, Excellent professional verbal communication skills
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree preferred
