MBA or equivalent leadership experience, Operations, supply chain, and manufacturing background, Proven success scaling global, multi-site manufacturing, Deep expertise leading operations, Track record of building vendor relationships, Negotiating high-value contracts, Demonstrated ability to craft and execute long-term strategies
