What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, SHRM/HRCI certified, At least 10-15 years of progressive HR leadership, including senior or executive-level roles
Nice to Have
master’s preferred, Experience in long-term care, CCRC, hospital or hospitality setting preferred
What You'll Do.
Oversee the administration and implementation of existing HR programs
explore and anticipate opportunities to implement best practices and continuous improvement in the HR function and the organization
Interpret policy in assigned areas and provide internal consultation with senior management
Establish measures to ensure consistency in HR practices as it relates to classification
including analysis and specifications
organizational structure as well as various related issues to above
Maintain organizational compliance with all company policies and employment laws
Provide guidance and advice to the President/CEO
Executive Leadership and the Human Resources team on employee complaints and investigations
Collaborate with the President/CEO and CFO to set annual strategy compensation and benefits
Manage all decisions related to the management of the HR Department regarding personnel actions
Oversee the implementation of Organizational Development and Talent Management programs and initiatives to create effective processes and tools
Oversee strategic recruitment activities including processes involving sourcing talent/recruitment
partnerships with community organizations

Oversee organizational culture initiatives to enable a work environment in which staff and associates perform to the best of their abilities
Improve group and individual performance by increasing and honing associate and management skills and knowledge
Lead HR department staff meetings
