Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Lead business development initiatives focused on acquiring new enterprise clients and expanding market reach within insurance and related sectors. Manage the full sales lifecycle, from prospect identification and discovery through negotiation, contract execution, and successful client transition. Develop a deep understanding of business process outsourcing, technology-enabled services, automation, and AI-driven solutions to effectively communicate value propositions. Build and maintain relationships with executive-level stakeholders, including C-suite decision-makers, throughout complex and competitive sales engagements. Collaborate with solution architects, product teams, marketing, and client success professionals to create compelling proposals and customized client solutions. Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to strengthen market visibility and generate new business opportunities. Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline management practices, and CRM records while consistently achieving revenue, profitability, and new client acquisition goals. Support seamless onboarding and long-term client satisfaction through effective coordination with account management and customer experience teams. Promote best practices in consultative selling, strategic account planning, and business development execution across the organization. Requirements: 10–15+ years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, or strategic growth roles within insurance, business process outsourcing, SaaS, or technology-enabled services environments. Demonstrated success securing multimillion-dollar enterprise agreements and generating significant new business opportunities. Strong consultative sales expertise with the ability to navigate complex buying processes and influence senior executive stakeholders.
