Must Have

Minimum 14 years of experience in network operations, infrastructure operations, or enterprise technology operations, Experience managing large-scale regional network operations, preferably across APAC, Experience in banking, financial services, or regulated enterprise environments, Proven experience managing Run-the-Bank network services, incident management, problem management, change governance, audit support, service reporting, and operational controls, understanding of ITIL-based incident, problem, change, release, and service management practices, Experience managing vendors, telecom providers, managed service providers, OEMs, and SLA governance, Experience supporting audit, risk, vulnerability management, compliance tracking, and operational control remediation, Experience leading service improvement and operational transformation with focus on automation, scripting, AI-enabled tooling, observability, NRE/reliability engineering, and continuous improvement, stakeholder management, executive reporting, communication, and leadership skills

What You'll Do.

Lead APAC regional network operations

Manage Run-the-Bank network services

Ensure services operate in line with Bank standards

Maintain operational ownership and support models

Lead major incident response and regional escalations

Drive RCA and post-incident reviews

Track recurring issues and partner with engineering

Ensure incidents and problems are managed in line with ITIL

Oversee network change governance

Ensure network changes are coordinated

Participate in CAB/change review forums

Support audits by coordinating evidence collection

Track audit findings and risk items

Ensure operational records remain audit-ready

Own regional network service reporting

Prepare clear management updates

Track vendor/service provider performance

Drive the shift from reactive operations

and event correlation

Promote scripting and automation

Identify repeatable operational tasks for automation

Partner with engineering teams to reduce repeat incidents

Lead and manage regional network operations teams

Build a change leadership mindset

Work closely with engineering
