What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10+ years of experience in supply chain, merchandising, procurement, or related functions, with significant, progressive senior leadership experience, Proven experience leading end-to-end supply chain operations in a retail, ecommerce, or distribution environment, Demonstrated acumen regarding merchandising, category management and assortment strategy, Experience implementing planning and replenishment systems and improving forecasting accuracy at scale, Demonstrated growth mindset and AI first mentality, financial acumen, including experience managing budgets, margins and working capital, Track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders, Experience building and developing high-performing teams and leaders, Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
Nice to Have
MBA or equivalent graduate-level education, Experience leveraging AI or advanced analytics within supply chain or merchandising functions, Experience scaling operations in a high-growth or multi-channel environment
What You'll Do.
Define and execute an integrated supply chain strategy aligned with growth
capital investment and operational performance goals
Provide strategic oversight of the merchandising/category management organization and partner with leadership to support the refinement and execution of merchandising strategy and product lifecycle
Oversee the supplier compliance organization
ensuring that unauthorized resellers are restricted from purchasing products in accordance with supplier partner policies
Collaborate with peer leaders across our supplier facing organization to drive effective operating practices and execution
Champion a technology-forward
AI-enabled approach across supply side functions supply chain and merchandising workflows
Own end-to-end supply chain performance
including demand planning
and inventory optimization
Accelerate the transition to a demand driven operating model
improving SKU-level forecast accuracy and working capital efficiency through processes such as S&OP/SIOP and technology
Lead evaluation (in conjunction with our enterprise systems team)
selection and implementation
of forecasting and replenishment systems and supporting infrastructure
Drive continuous improvement in forecasting
inventory management and supply chain efficiency metrics
Optimize end-to-end supply chain processes including sourcing
Collaborate with Partner Management to establish structured sourcing models and strengthen supplier performance frameworks
Establish and monitor KPIs across supply chain
and supplier performance to drive accountability and continuous improvement
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product
and Technology to align planning and execution
