You too can make a difference._ **Job Responsibilities** * Develop and implement learning strategies, programs, and frameworks aligned with business goals and industry best practices. * Conduct training needs analysis and design annual training plans to address capability gaps across divisions. * Oversee leadership development initiatives, including coaching, mentoring, and executive education programs. * Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through data analysis, feedback, and performance metrics. * Manage training budgets, staff training funds, and cost optimization strategies to ensure efficient resource utilization. * Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive learning innovation, digital learning adoption, and regulatory compliance. * Lead cultural transformation initiatives by championing leadership development and capability-building programs. * Drive continuous improvements in learning policies, processes, and delivery methods to enhance employee development. **Job Requirements** * A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage. * Minimum 8 years of experience in learning and development. * Strong knowledge of leadership development, digital learning technologies, and training effectiveness evaluation. * Excellent stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and ability to drive change initiatives. * Professional certifications in Learning & Development, HR, or Coaching are a plus.
