This role will partner closely with the CEO, CFO, senior leadership team, and the Board to clearly articulate Azenta’s strategy, performance, and long-term value creation, while ensuring consistent, credible, and transparent communication with external stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and execute a comprehensive investor relations strategy aligned with Azenta’s business objectives and capital markets positioning * Establish and oversee effective investor relations governance, processes, and external partners as appropriate * Serve as the primary point of contact for investors, sell side analysts, and potential shareholders on all investor relations matters * Prepare and oversee quarterly earnings materials, including earnings scripts, presentations, press releases, and Q and A preparation * Partner with the CEO and CFO on earnings calls, investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows, anticipating investor and analyst questions, themes, and concerns to ensure leadership is well prepared and communication is proactive, consistent, and aligned * Continuously monitor the external environment, including investor sentiment, analyst perspectives, peer performance, and relevant capital markets dynamics and propose mitigation strategies to proactively address related challenges *
