Manage functional teams responsible for investment servicing activities ensuring processes and deliverables have well defined success criteria and are consistently completed timely and accurately using KPIs to monitor volume, measure quality, and balance workloads. Processing and recordkeeping of loan activity received from agent banks and other sources Ensuring position, referential data, and credit contracts match Agent Bank records for syndicated and private loans. Sourcing, reconciling, obtaining elections, responding to, and recordkeeping of all corporate action events including reorganizations, restructures, and proxies. Execute, record, and reconcile all derivative lifecycle events with counterparty or FCM. Daily reconciliation of derivative positions with counterparties.
