Join MUFG, where being inspired is expected and making a meaningful impact is rewarded. **_Purpose of the Job_** Achieving Investment Banking Development Function target both qualitative and quantitative by involvement in Investment Banking activity mainly for Origination of Global Bonds and Syndication Loan, Secondary Loan sell-down, and promoting ESG Finance. Cross selling others Investment Banking products, such as Merger and Acquisition (M&A), Business Matching (helping Indonesian corporate to find business partner overseas or domestically), and providing Corporate Advisory. **_Primary Responsibilities_** * Finding opportunities and executing the deals for financing to Global Corporate clients. * Work in partnership with other product offices in conducting assignments/ projects. * Build relationship with other banks and securities houses. * Execute loan sell-down to provide extra room for new loan. * Pursue new opportunities and create pipeline of the relevant banking services. * Working together with team to meet the function’s financial and non-financial objectives. * Develop and maintain strong stakeholder management with key stakeholders both within MUFG and externally. * Work in partnership with Global Corporate Banking departments
